Which category we are qualified to apply

Good day,
Dear friends I have some few q to ask plz if any one can reply me,
Me and my brother want to apply for Canada immigration I don’t have that much information about how to apply and which category we have to choose
Will I want to go and work in Canada and now I am working in Dubai in accounts AP I have 3 years experience so should I apply for federal immigration how many years it will take ( if its 3 years I cant think to apply its too much ) I am Pakistani nationality but I live in UAE Dubai and even born in Dubai and I never gone to Pakistan, so I want to apply from Dubai and I have 30000 $ in my account so is that help me in getting visa faster and I am not married single so I am going with my brother only

Good to know. I am from Pak too. lives in am in UAE - AUH.
SOOOO what u can do is to collect all the documents and apply. it takes 3 years or more to get to that stage where u say ok - I am waiting for my medical papers. So enjoy dubai a little more and apply from UK (London office) all the UAE residents have to apply thru the canadian high commission in london. So its slow in communication. 30K US$ is a good money. save it more and send them the proof of that (bank statement) - (for an individual i think 17000 CAD$ is required to show when u land in canada???)) - that's later -

what u do now is to gather all your stuff and fill up the forms. get the Dubai police certificate and get your educational degrees and other requriements. (check the CIC website),


Let me know if u need any help. I have helped 3 of my friends & my ownself to apply for canada immi and all have been succesfull. so i have got some experience in handeling the issues. Immmi process is nothing but the data and document management. u provide what they ask u - and say nothing but truth. if you are an organized person its easy fro you to manage things. oki doky

its takes little long time yes its true can be more then 3 years or if you will be lucky one can get little early but not less then 3 years , your 30,000 $ cant make faster your process but one person need 10,000 $ for landing so you have enough funds but long processing time is waiting for you www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLIsh/ here is website study this website you can have idea how to apply you can as skilled worker but you need atleast 4 years work exp to get maximum points , if you have 30,000 $ in account its mean you earning is good in UAE in my opinion if you earning more then 5000 UAE Dh then stay in UAE where you have good job because in canada they dont accept your study so you are not able find good job at the begning choice is yours ,

yes when write to immigration tel them that you have that sum of money =it is toooo much here in canada to have that sum of dollars as i have understand it is american dollars ,ohh it is too much and it can help you.

Hi,
Do not delay your marriage for immigration please. Your brother will have to submit a separate application whether you are single or married. Your money side is good enough, the official requirement is much less. Your brother will have to show his own assets. Time will be more than three years. Visit the Official web site, address is already given in an other answer, and check list of professions, Check your points and other requirements and apply only if you meet all the requirements, otherwise it will be only a loss of money and time.

Yes I know I am getting in UAE 9000 AED salary , more than 5000 but still I have many things in my life to do I want to study specially media filming in Canada in British Colombia as I planed but this in future later not now moving to Canada my choice because I love Canada since I am small kid I love Canada , collecting every pic and map of Canada was my habit I don’t know but I love Canada country so much so I kept in my mind when I grow up I will go and live in Canada its like a dream to go in Canada that’s why ,so plz advice me like that more what I need really too know I thank all of u for the time and of course if I have other q sure I will ask ,, about my money yes I was started to save the money since I joined my company 3 years but al hamdulela I have enough money as u people said

Good to know. well if i were the CIC officer i will give you the immigration right away since you love canada that much. and since childhood itwas dream. But this is real world my friend. no dreams but only facts and figures.

I am sure passion of canada will help you post immigration senario, but there is no such option in the application forms that how much you love canada. So i will advice you that the first step is to gather your thoughts and your goals. then download the immigration forms, fill them with the pen. check and check and recheck and double check that everything is good and correct. then type them in pdf and print. since you are single so less headache. once you fill the forms, get police certificates, do the english language test (IELTS - its very important) u must score 6 and above in all the catagories. then collect your documents and your bank statements and whatever is in the check list. once u do that get a bank draft of 550CAD$ and enclose it with the application and send it to the CIC London (use DHL - so u can track the shipment) with that you will know that your time has started and you wait for 3 months or so for your file number. then U wait....untill your next communication with them.

First thing first. - read the CIC website like you have an examination to take for this site. the more you are informed about the process the less you will get confused. I was in the same situation and i wasted 2 years asking people and thinking and planning. but i never went on the site and checked what actually they require. they require who and what and where you are. they never ask you to draw and design a rocket. they ask you to provide these certain documents so they can allow you to live in their country.


So sit tight on the internet and read whatever is required. why wait when your every day counts and it is keeping you away from your love. Apply now.
