Which category is faster at CIO stage?

Is there any difference in the process time of FSW Category 1 or 2 o 3 at CIO in order to send AOR to the applicant?
OR all the categories are processed at the same timeline?
I noticed from this forum that the category 1 is faster to be processed than category 2 and 3 by CIO.
Any opinion or experience please?

I think all of them are the same they have to go through the queue by the order of the the receipt date. I am an example i belong to category 1 and three (accountant)&(international student in canada for over one year) and my timeline is taking the same average as others. maybe if the CIO needs to take more consultancy about an application with the CIC it will take longer to process that application.
