onsponsor questionnaire there is question i am not sure what information to fill out.


9.are you naturalized canadian or permanent resident of canada?
which visa office issued your immigration visa or confirmation of permanent resident?


we applies from inside canada. and we went to downtown office to confirm and sign for permanent resident......and there is kind of recipt but there is no place name just said
PR confirmed at : 5133

so i am guessing to write 'Vegreville'
or just write down 'downtown office ,vancouver'
