Which assessment body to choose?

I am in the process of sending my education credentials for assessment, however am a bit unsure about which assessing body to choose.

As I have tried to check the WES website, they do not seem to have my country in the list at all.

Similarly, ICAS is another option but their website does not reveal much country specific information either; in which case I could know exactly what documents need to be sent.

Can anyone suggest which of the above organizations to go for & perhaps if WES doesn't have any Pakistani universities on its list; do they at all serve pakistani candidates at all?

WES does have Pakistan as one of the countries. They however, do have only a select list of institutes they will conduct assessment for.
