which applucation form is needed for spouse ?

Hey guys i recently got married and an adding my spouse to my application, we did medical and pay RPRF for both of us but i dobt know what are the forms i need to fill out, can anyone assist please, thanks.

send cic an email about your marital status change.
you need to fill new generic form and your spouse details . background declaration , schedule A

First thing to do is to email CIC informing about your marriage, them will request you some documents and forms and tell you how submit it, most probably by email
