Where's my nomination?

I applied AINP Family stream on Aug 19th,2009. So far, I have not received any news from the side. But the other who applied it later than me have already got the nomination. Could any one advise, please? Thanks in advance.

2009? now that's too long and needs attention...try sending mail to where you sent your application for follow up, or try sending e-mail... you can contact your sponsor for follow up as to why there's no response for LOA... i believe you can see the address and e-mail add in this site...

Even if it has been proved, it also probably expires.

we have tried. they said there is no any service for inquirying a case's status.

i think i should get the nomination first, then can transfer my case to visa office. right?

yes. so try contacting the office where you originally sent your papers..and try looking in the online status check, i think you can find a service in this site where you can send e-mails to where you have applied, especially if time frame given has elapsed..and hopefully any papers have not yet expired... www.cic.gc.ca

you may also want to try mail them via courier?
