Where to Upload documents requested after EE submission

Hello Everyone,
We've done upfront medical and uploaded the medical paper for me and my spouse. However, there was no option provided to upload my child's medical paper.

Submitted my application on Aug 03, 2015. I got a message Today in mycic, requesting additional document to be uploaded.

Exact message says
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the
review of your application, we require the following documents:
Medical: provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination
 This must be received at this office by: 2015/09/15
"Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account."

Any Ideas/help is highly appreciated. Crossposting to other threads. Thanks.

After logging in into cic account, click on "Check status and message" where you can see the status. After reaching that page at bottom left, you can see "view submitted application". Click on this. You will be taken to "Permanent Residence application" page.

Click on "continue" button here at bottom left. You will be in "Documents submitted by the client" page. You will be able to see new entry for requested document here. Scan and upload. Continue and submit.
