2. Take photo at home and then send it to epassportphoto.
3. Take photo at home, fix it using idphoto4you and then print photo at CVS etc. Cheapest Option. 0.33 cents for 4 photos.
4. Photo Studio. Expensive option. Around $50 for 2 photos.
