I am from pakistan and want to summit a visa application for skilled worker class under permanent residence...

My question is where do i have to summit my application... do i have to send it to my visa office in my own country or to Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. And if so where is it mentioned on the CIC website with the full address mentioned...

this is one option i have...but my sister living in Canada insists on getting an immigration lawyer and if she does get one will i have to still send my docs myself or will i have to send them to the lawyer...

i know m asking alot of questions but please bear with me... What role does the lawyer actually play other than finding a job offer...

In case of lawyer all process of filing and receiving documents / application will be through lawyer only.

Lawyer may assist you in job hunting but it depend which sort of job you looking for. Some lawyers here are running placement agency also, one met me yesterday.
