Where to submit passport if I get an ITA while being in India, but a PPR while residing in Canada?

Hi,

In a scenario like, if I get the ITA while I am in India and I uploaded all the documents while being in India as well. But if I have to travel to Canada for study purposes soon after that and I get a Passport Request while being in Canada, where do I have to submit the passport?
Do I have to provide any sort of information regarding the same while filling the express entry profile in such a scenario?
