i'm in Canada, my baby is in Srilanka....i'm going to sponsor him from Canada...where to submit my application? to Canada or Srilanka? how long it will take to process?

Do upfront medicals for your baby in srilanka and get the original paper given by doctor to canada fill all forms including immigration post it to missisauga.
