Where to send PR application?

Dear Friends,

I am planning to apply PR. I am from india. I am planning to send the application to india under CEC category. Is this right idea to apply in india under CEC? My hope is that it will get processed soon. As the number of applications will be less?

All CEC apps go to Sydney, Nova Scotia.

All the CEC applications will be processed at cpp-Ottawa, so no way if you apply from India or any part of the world..you should still send you applications to sydney, NS first and the processing time is same for every one....right now it's 13 months on the cic website
