Where to send police certificate?

The embassy of Malaysia is asking where we want our police clearance certificate to be sent. We are doing an inland spousal PR sponsorship.

More specifically, they are asking for, "ADDRESS OF CANADA IMMIGRATION, CANADIAN EMBASSY OR CONSULATE APPLIED FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR OTHERSeg. Office address where you will submit the certificate)"

We are sponsoring from within Quebec. Does anyone know which address we should put? Is it Vegreville?

Also, is it a problem if they send the police certificate off before we have even submitted our PR application?

You should get the PCC from the Malaysian Embassy.
The embassy may be asking to whom they should address the PCC.

It should be to:
