Where to send PCC for PR application

Hello Guys,

I want to know where to send PCC for PR application. Also, I got my PCC on March 15th and my Application number on APril 27th. I have been waiting the entire time for CIC to ask me for my CIC but they did not and I thought I should now send them the documents. So, I called CIC and they said I should send it to CIO, Sydney NOva scotia. But all the posts that I see online are from 2014 and they say I should send it to CPC- Ottawa. Please suggest where should I send. Also, Do you think PCC are older than 3 months so they will ask me to do again?

Cic discourages applicants to send extra documents without being requested. Normally they send a reminder email after 4-6 months requesting stuff like pcc or rprf and you can send it at that time.

Its not an issue if you send it 3 months later. We all sent it after 3-6 months. For them nowadays its valid for a year (irrelevant of when you submit) from the issue date.
Also you can send it via cse using which they can attach but as anmolbhullar said visa office doesnt encourage us to do and asks us to wait till they request. Good thing is that sydney office will send the reminder emails on asked candidates to send the additional documents which we have not submitted hence at that time you can send it. As they will request in about 6-8 months of filing date, you are effectively sending it before they even review your application and wont see any delay even at that stage (we all did the same and still could get ppr in 10-12 months). So nothing to worry about 3 months expiry. Earlier they used to demand to submit in 3 months but not nowadays.
