Where to send my original Passport!! Need HELP!!!

Hi Everyone:
I am a Chinese citizen work in the US, I applied the visitor visa online in early July, now I get a notice to submit my original passport, however it did not give me any address and instruction??
Does anyone know what should i DO???

on the request letter you will fine 'To find out where to send your passport, visit our website: .......' follow the link and choose ur country then it will take
you to the address
