Where to send? Confused by CIC site.

I have my outbound application all filled out, documents gathered, FBI report and Medical done etc. I am ready to mail this off.

The notation on CIC website says "Mail your fully completed application to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario."

Is that correct?

My wife of 24 years is my sponsor and a Canadian Citizen who has been living in the USA as a resident alien since 1968. We live in Oregon USA.

It is correct. Are you sending it by courrier or normal mail? If you're using courier, make sure to mail it to the proper address, not the POBox one.
