Where to send application

Hi all,

I am an American citizen and my wife is a Canadian citizen. She and I currently reside exclusively in the US. She will be sponsoring me for permanent residence. We want to apply from outside Canada, because the government says the wait will be shorter. As I understand it, our application will be processed at the Visa Office in Buffalo, NY. I am unclear about one thing: Should we mail our completed application directly to Buffalo, or are we supposed to mail it to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, ON, which will then forward the application to the Buffalo Visa Office?

Please go back and read the instructions. Your entire application, including your sponsorship application and your spouse's PR application should be sent to the CPC in Mississauga. They will forward the application to Buffalo once your sponsorship is approved.
