Where to report an algorithm mistake on the CIC eligibility questionnaire?

On following the path of submitting an application for a family member (for a TRV), the site tells me my family member does not require a visa when selecting Namibia as the passport issuing country.
(I have experimented with changing the issuing country to another visa requiring country, after which it is working!)

This is wrong as the family member definitely requires a visa.

This leaves me with two questions:
1) Where to report this error?

2) Seeing that the site does not allow me to submit an application for the family member due to the above error, is it possible for me to open a second MyCIC account for the family member. The family member is a minor.

I would try reporting this issue to the CIC site webmaster. If you go to the following page, there's a link you can click on that will give you the webmaster's email address:

I put in Nambia here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp and it returns that you need a visitor visa.

Hi,

Yes, it does show that Namibians need a visa. But, have a go at the questionnaire.
The questionnaire also correctly states that I need a visa when applying as an individual....but the moment I add a Namibian family member, it says the family member does not require a visa.

Therefore I am unable to add my family to my MyCIC account.
