Where to renounce to permanent residency in Toronto ?

I have to renounce to my permanent residence status. I am in Toronto and know I can do it by sending the required documents by mail to the IRCC office in Ottawa, but is there any office or option to do this action in person in the Toronto area, eg at the airport or any other POE ?

No - there isn't. Only option is to send your documents by mail.
