Where to give Biometric for canada visit visa in Pak (Islamabad)?

hi guyz i just received Biometric Instructions Letter (BIL) from the Government of Canada requesting (fingerprints and photograph).
i am little confuse where to go for Biometric in Islamabad? as i google and find

can any one guide me properly about the timing and proper location because i am not from Islamabad so thats why i am asking this help.
