Where to Flagpole In British Columbia??

Hello all, I am on a visitor record and held a work permit which expired in July 2024. Wondering if I can flagpole at Pacific Highway or Boundary bay without appointment? I know Douglas needs an appointment but I can not even find a phone number to book an appointment there.
Please help!!!

Are you from a visa exempt country or do you have TRV?
