Can someone please help me out with this?
I have eTA number and Expiration then I have a number starting with "V". But I don't have the issue date of when my status got approved?

I tried the issue date on my passport, but it does not work. The eTA holds for 5 years and I got my confirmation approval email in sep 2018. So it has been 4 years now and it expires next year in may. But I don't understand why it doesn't say something about issue date in my mail while telling me the expiry.
So does anyone know how to find this out?
