ive been going back and forth to the Pakistan Foreign Office but to no avail ... in the documentation it asks for Certifed true copy of CNIC and Passport but when i went to the foreign office they say we dont do these type of things ... one person said to make an affidavate and then submit it .. so i did that and still we got turned down .. i have the English translation of the CNIC so ill try to get that attested ... if that doesnt work

WHERE CAN I GET THESE ATTESTED / CERTIFIED

any one come accross this problem where they had to Certify their CNIC & Passport and if so how did they get it down ... please someone help me out as these are the only two pieces of documents that need to be attested/ certify and then i can send my docs ...

You need to certify the translations only. I only copied my passport first 2 pages and NICOP and didn't certify them when submitting my application. And, now I am already a PR since more than a month.

Are you sure the Translation of the CNIC will be certified by the foreign office ? cuz that is my last resort ... and ur saying to just send photocopies of the passport correct ?

as im a canadian citizen living/working outside Canada i also would have to send my original birth certificate right ? just to make sure ... ill send a letter stating that i need all the originals back as soon as they are done verifying ...

- You will get the translations certified from any attorney office.

- I thought you are applying for immigration. However, you already are a Canadian. Then, what is the purpose of passport/NIC copies? I wouldn't advise sending originals, unless instructed.

But, they wouldn't attest.

As I suggested, you may to any attorney/law office and they will attest immediately with minimal fees.

The officer is right, they are not responsible to certify such docs
all you need to do is to go to any court and get it notarized; that's it
