Hi - Have a bit of a situation here. My partner's sister's husband has been lingering around as a visitor since she died a year ago, showing up announced at people's door steps, bothering us. He seems to be driving around like a nomad, as the house was sold after she died (daughter owned the house). He is a creepy guy who nobody wants around. Everybody he is pestering wants him to go back to England, where his kids live, and his family, but he seems persistent to stay here. We are almost positive that he does not have a valid visitors' visa. I know this sounds harsh, but I need a phone number to contact CBSA to either (1) report him or (2) check his status.

Before you judge me, there are other factors involved too I'd rather not mention here.

Thanks,
