The case is as follows:
My son is a full time student studying at Conestoga college and Waterloo aviation center . He completed his first year and he is now in the second year, the program is for three years.
He has an study permit valid up to My-2014 , and paid his full tuition fees in advance.
He got his visa from Cairo on July 2011 . when they gave him the visa his passport is valid up to August 5th- 2012 , this is why they give the visa up to
July 5th-2012.
He renewed his passport for two years up to August 2014 and apply for TRV so that he can leave Canada in his summer vacation and inter again.
He submitted his application to processing unit in Ottawa , they returned his passport with a letter saying that his application is sent to Detroit in USA
Then after one month Detroit office rejected the application and their reasons are :
1/ You did not satisfy me that you are going to leave Canada after your visit
2/ You did not answer some questions truthfully.
His application is supported with a letter from the college confirming that he is full program student and finished his first year successfully and he paid his
full fees for the second year in advance.
If any further information needed , I will give you my son mobile and address in Kitchener
Also I will forward for you the inquiry letter that I have sent to Cairo office because they are servicing Sudanese nationality and ask them whether he can send his passport to Cairo to extend the visa after he renewed his passport already.
My kind regards and I am looking forward for your support so that my son can come to see us in his holidays . and it is not possible for him and for us to stay another two years away from his family .
