Where is the WES ECA Issue date mentioned required to enter in Express entry profile

Dear All,

Can someone help me in identifying the date of issue for WES ECA report, as in my login account for WES, it is coming the date of completion and e-delivery of report to IRCC as 14_jan, but in the PDF report it is coming as 15 Jan-2019.
Which date to consider for filling into ECA report issue date, to avoid any rejection.
