(1) i live in india,is this is possible i submit my application directy to canada, without using india new delhi embassy,is ther any risk for this ,tell me plz what would i do?

(2) or i choose indian new delhi embassy to proceed my application to canada >?

initially you should send your application to sydney NS without any documentations and on the application form, indicate new delhi as your visa office.
