Where does ITIL jobs fit under the FSW category??

Hi All

I signed up today and I'm new to this forum. I'm trying to migrate to Canada BUT in a dilemma as I'm unable to ascertain the FSW category should I apply whilst initiating the migration process?

Long story short, I'm working as Manager Operations for a BFS client (One of the Prestigious banks in Norway) where I'm part of ITSM Team (Incident Manager, Change Manager, Problem Manager) which falls under ITIS Business delivery Unit in my Organisation.
Need some assistance/guidance to select the right FSW category for my profile to apply for Canada Migration.

Please let me know if you require more details to my Role

Skilles with ServiceNow and Remedy Tool (implementation)

Please suggest how is the job aspects in canada for the same, I am looking to apply thru EE.
