I've read contradicting opinions on this. Out of curiosity, are Express Entry applications (more specifically FSW apps) evaluated in Canada or in one's home country?

I've read contradicting opinions on this. Out of curiosity, are Express Entry applications (more specifically FSW apps) evaluated in Canada or in one's home country?

No one knows for sure yet because it is too early in the program and there is no information on CIC site about this. But most likely, the processing for EE is centralized in Ottawa and LVOs are involved only where required.
