WHERE CAN YOU GET FINGERPRINTS DONE FOR THE RCMP IN MEXICO???

HELLO EVERYONE,
MY HUSBAND NEEDS FINGERPRINTS DONE FOR CANADA BUT IS CURRENTLY IN MEXICO. I WAS THERE RECENTLY VISITING FOR 3 MONTHS TO HELP HIM COLLECT INFORMATION THAT IMMIGRATION WAS REQUESTING ( POLICE CLEARENCE FOR CANADA WAS ONE OF THEM) WE WERE NOT ABLE TO FIND
A POLICE STATION OR AGENCY THAT WAS WILLING TO DO HIS PRINTS AND WE LOOKED EVERYWHERE. SINCE HE WAS NOT BEING CRIMINALLY CHARGED THEY ALL SAID NO. WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN WE NEEDED THEM DONE FOR IMMIGRATION BUT WERE STILL UNSUCCESSFUL. ??? HAS ANYONE SPONSORING THERE SPOUSE FROM MEXICO
HAD THE SAME PROBLEM? IF THERE IS AWAY TO GET THIS DONE BEFORE IT BECOMES AN ISSUE PLEASE REPLY.
WE NEED ALL THE HELP WE CAN GET!

and - if I can advise something - try not to use capital letters for the whole post, it makes it difficult to read, and it looks like you are shouting all the time - which I believe is not your intention..
