Where can I get information from my LMO 15 years ago?

Hi all,

Since 2013 I’m working in Canada for the same employer with WP and LMIA required. 15 years ago I worked in Canada for 1.5 years for another employer with WP, for that job I received any info about the LMO from the employer, I’m not sure if a LMO was required. Since I don’t want to give false information in the EE profile I wonder how to deal with it in the work history.

Anybody know where can I get information from my LMO 15 years ago?

First try CIC: 1-888-242-2100. They should be able to give you that information.

Your second option is Service Canada but they generally divulge this information to the employer, not the worker. But it doesn't hurt to try. The Employer Contact Centre is at 1-800-367-5693.

Isn't it more likely that CIC will ask about your current LMIA, and not the very old LMO?
