My husband just passed the listening/speaking test. He used the study guide and the online practice tests. I also wrote up some questions that were similar to the speaking questions. I think this helped a lot.

There aren't any free-online materials for CELPIP

Only materials are in books and you need to buy it

I purchased the practice tests from the native website along with the guide. It helped me a lot and I passed the first time.

Word of Caution: Don't use any other site, stick with Paragon.

We can't give you a pdf copy because it has my husband's email printed on every page. I guess they did that so we couldn't resell it. But you can buy the book for $15 if you live in Vancouver.
