Where can I easily flagpole? I want to apply for Work permit, I hold Student VISA now

I want to flagpole to get my work permit and I heard that many people are Having rejections at Niagara. Can someone please let me know where the flagpolling would be done easily.

Please stop creating new threads with the exact same questions and when people reply to your thread, have the courtesy to clarify what they ask for.

Flagpoling is for people activating permanent residency. Have you been approved as a permanent resident of Canada? What kind of work permit do you think you are eligible for? If you have just graduated and think you may qualify for a PGWP, you have to go through the application just like everyone else and cannot flagpole to get a work permit.
