where can i apply and how...plz help me

hello dis is karan..
i completed my +2 in 2011 and appeared for improvement exams in 3 subjects for +2 in 2012...
my marks increased in 2 subjects but i got failed in one subject..but i had all clear in 2011...
on these basis ,i applied to centenial college,toronto and i got my visa refused...

what can i do nw and where can i apply??? like to which other countries or if in canada,then how...

Was your study permit refused? Or was your application refused by Centennial college?

my addmission to centennial college was accepted and i was offered an offer letter..
but my study visa was refused....
