I am applying from Pakistan under the skilled worker category of SINP. Please answer to my following query..
Q1- Its necessary to have a permanent Job offered from Saskatchewan under the NOC level A,B & O before you apply. I have applied in different organizations but I am still waiting for a positive reply. Do they they really hire Foreigners even before they have applied for immigration? If yes then how can I apply and get the Job out there?

Yes you do. NO they do not hire you before you are clear with immigration; what they give you is a letter offering you the job so you can use it to apply for your nomination. This province does not require LMO which is a big plus already.

The jobs are out there, every day people find it. You just have to be VERY patient and persistent, sell yourself the best way possible, distinguishing your application resume with photos of your work if you have it, be polite and truly committed to your purpose, ask to set up a non commitment interview by phone, if the ad comes with a phone, call it just remember to respect time zones, be smart, show to your prospect employer that you are an asset to his business and not just a guy asking for work.

Be familiar with this forum so you can understand what is going on, another advice; get your documents ready you won’t believe how much documents are needed during the process.

Good luck to you. ;)
