When you get your Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

I have prepared a draft application in system and I will submit after 4 days after getting my IELTS card.

I believe that my points are less than 67 so I have following questions.


1. Will I be able to submit that draft report?
2. Will I be able to enter into pool without having 67 points?
3. Will I be granted express entry profile number and Job seeker code without having 67 points? Actually, I wants to give this to employer

Please reply point wise.

1. You cannot submit the profile unless all mandatory information is provided - which includes ECA and IELTS scores
2. Once you submit, the system will check for eligibility - if you do not score the 67 for FSW eligibility, you will get a notification saying profile is ineligible - you can check offline what are the factors where you have a chance to score and cross the 67 threshold
3 - Both those items will only be available if you clear step 2 - so it is better to check and see where you are losing eligibility points

They issued me a profile number but not a job candidate numeber as I could not lodged my application. If I give this profile number to employers, can they trace me in system?
