when will we get AOR from IRCC after submission to sydney?

it is almost 2 months, but still wait for the fn. LAST YEAR sb got their AOR after just one month.
i submitted my application to IRCC under PNP stream last year, now it is about 2 months, have not heard back from them yet.
worried if they lost my application or it is missing in any way?
i submitted it in canada, however i moved back to my country, and my address and phone number has been changed before received FN.
i am not able to link my application online .
what would happen when you location has been changed from canada to your own country(outside canada). need to inform canada visa centre?

is the application supposed to be sent to ottawa after sydney reviewed it complete?
i emailed twice to sydney office but they never replied.
who know the number of sydney, it is useless to call ottawa if application has not been delivered to ottawa
