who knows when the system will work? Shall I stay and keep F5 mode over night?

News starting to appear over on the French forum that it will not open today. Source is the same lawyer who correctly advised the original delay and the timing details before they were officially released. She also has said that at least 24h notice would be given before the new submission time. What a joke this is becoming...
 
I think system will not be online in coming days as they dont want to online a system that has faults..so in my opinion system will launch after they have worked out on all the tech errors which will usually take months to settle...

So keeping the fingers crossed..

Congrats!! Your file is accepted means you are in the boat so no need to register mon projet...As they have clearly mention on the website paper based applications will be processed separately parallel to online applications.
