The U.S. recently announced that they would allow Chile into the VWP, so I was wondering when Canada will follow suit. Funnily enough, the only two countries removed from the VWP were located in South America. And they never got prior visa-free entry into Canada.
When will Canada exempt Chilean citizens for short-stay?
