when we get saskatchewan permanent residence will toronto work permit gets canc

I have a question, i am applying for saskatchewan permanent residence once i land and get PR will ontario - toronto work permit will get cancelled ?,

details:
saskatchewan is different province from ontario (toronto).
i have ontario work permit from 2016 to 2018.
i applying for PR this year.

Your question is a bit confusing. All work permits are canceled once you have PR. The province doesn't matter. If you had a work permit for Saskatchewan, it would also be canceled.

Note that it's Permanent Resident of Canada, not just Saskatchewan...
