When Upfront medical passed, what are my chances of refusal

My upfront medical for my study permit just changed to "medical passed", what are chances of refusal, after medical passed.

No. I got rejected.

can you share your profile and where did you apply from?

I applied from Nigeria. Over here we don't do profiles as we don't need IELTS , gic, etc.

So I just applied, was rejected based on my finances and the fact that I didn't pay my complete first semester tuition.

I intend reapplying soon tho. As soon as I completely tackle all issues.
