Ur IELTS results should not be more than 2 yrs old at the time of application

Make sure to give yourself enough time to give another test if you need to. Best of luck ;D

In my case I booked the test about a month before the test day, and the certificate came through about 2 and a half weeks later.
So if you arranged a test now for an exam on, say, the 21st June, you would get a certificate around 5th July.
