Hi I received an email to submit my passport for visa submission but no request for the RPRF. Can someone please tell me should I send the fee along with my passport? or it will be asked later?? Please someone advise.

this came up in another post recently, so maybe this is a new thing they are doing? I think before it was always asked for at the same time as the passport request.
