When to apply for Student VISA

I am planning to enroll for September 2011 session, when shall I apply for student visa to Delhi?
Is it too early to apply on March/April??

Its not early, you can apply by April too. Just make sure you apply BY June 2011. So that you will have 2 months (July August) in hand.

I am waiting for offer letter from the university and hope to apply by end of March.
Do they take longer time to process if we apply on March for September sesssion ?? or it is same .

No dude, it should be fine..

I am also waiting for my offer letter from Concordia, it will come this month. Then I will be needing 1 more month to put some more money in the bank and finally applying in 1st week of May.

See this is the catch: You need to give them at least 2 months before your course starts. Since it will start in September, so give them July and August.

So if you can apply by June, it should be okay..
