When to apply for GCMS notes ??

When should I apply for GCMS notes.Below are my application details :

Application received at CIC : 12th June 2014
AOR date : 25th July 2014

I think Eligibility first Medical second, background - unsure. I am giving this info based on the RPRF request which mentioned that I passed the eligibility and received the Medical request soon after.

Thus, if my MR is delayed, it means the VO suspects my eligibility?

^ Possibly but I've heard of people being refused on eligibility grounds even after MR. Probably for reasons of efficiency they don't always do things in the same order.

LPS IS right , MR does not means eligibility pass BUT RPRF does
