depends on your travels over past 3 years but I'd say wait a week to be on the safe side.

If you can prove your 1095 days residing in Canada, you don't need to wait. 1095 days have the same legal value than 1300 or 1400.

You can apply tomorrow on the 1096th day. You must have 1095 complete days before applying thus applying the next day after 1095 at minimum. However you apply later if you want some buffer.

I suggest that you apply at least give two / three week buffer this will help
you to avoid any resident questionnaire may arise.
