When submitting application i get a payment error

i am losing hope, been trying for the past 3 days, i have amassed all documents and applied through SDS which means i can only apply online, my debit card is valid and i checked with my bank everything is fine, whenever i put the information and submit, it gives me an "access error - forbidden" message.. did anyone have this issue before ? is there any solution ? i tried reporting as a technical issue but no reply yet, i'm starting to lose my sanity

Where are you from? The country where your debit card is registered may explain why your payment doesn't go through.
