When should we expect to be "approved in principle"?

I applied from Peru in May 27, missing biometrics (closed VFS) and medical (only accepting post biometrics consultations).
Needless to say, I'm beyond relieved about this approved in principle thing, but I'm still slightly worried I won't receive it by August 20, when my tuition is due.
Anyone knows (or suspects) how long it might take? I know there are a lot of completed applications from Feb that are still open...
I'm not sure if the "Check processing times" tool applies to this, because if it does then I'm pretty much still screwed..

It's unprecedented, no-one knows. Not even IRCC. They are waiting for the government to direct them.
