When should I remit the WES fees (Calicut University)

Hello,
I have applied for ECA on WES, after the reference number, I applied for the transcripts at my university (Calicut University, Kerala, India) which said they don't give me but send the docs to WES directly. My confusion is that; when should i remit the fees to WES? I thought I would pay the fees after my documents reach WES, now i am not able to track if the docs have reached or lost. The main reason i waited for remitting the fees is that if my documents go missing, i would miss the fee amount too. So, i thought, once my docs are there, they would update that they have received my docs, but on WES site there is no update about my docs but shown there "waiting for payment".
I applied for transcripts in April month, so, is it possible that my docs have reached WES

I don't know why your university didn't hand over the Transcripts to you; may be they have their own set of rules. For the time being, contact the authorised person who could give you details about how they sent the Transcripts to Canada, the courier service name, or postal service (any detail can help). Ask for the Tracking Number.

I paid my Fees once I booked the Transcripts for delivery at the Post Office, I knew it would definitely get delivered; it took only 5 days to reach there.

You need to ask, ask and ask. All the best.

whatif my transcripts was sent and delivered within a month and since i have not paid fees, would it be thrown away? because its been two months already. two months gap cos i had to go out of country for urgent errand.

I am not very sure how long they keep the documents.

You must contact them, write to them and ask if your application can still be processed if you make the payment now; or if you need to restart the whole process.

Hi Dineshkc,

I had done my ECA from Calicut University. If you can, go in person or send someone to University and check with the 'Tapal' section in Pareeksha Bhavan to know if it has been sent and when. In my case, I had already paid and got my reference number which I added to the application which I submitted to University. My transcripts had reached WES within 2 weeks as far as I can remember.
