I'm visiting my spouse in Canada, from in the USA, next month and staying till after the Holidays. We are finally in a state where we can start the immigration process but I had a query about getting my Medical Exam done. I already have my FBI check done, and I'm working on my Paperwork as I'm typing this. Should I get the examination while I'm still in the States, or is it possible to get it out of the way whilst I'm visiting in Canada?

Ofcourse you can get it done in Canada..I did. It will be quicker for you to do so.
